Getting Here
Located at 4 Henry Street, mi-pad is right in the heart of Queenstown. From the airport, the public bus (service #1) takes around 30 minutes, while a taxi takes approximately 20 minutes. Pre-booked transfers are also available through providers like Super Shuttle. Arriving by car? A loading zone is available on Henry Street for unloading your luggage.
Parking
Please note that mi-pad does not offer on-site parking. Nearby paid parking is available at Ballarat Street and Boundary Street car parks. For luggage drop-off, you’re welcome to use the loading zone on Henry Street.
Check-in
Check-in is from 2:00 pm and check-out is by 10:00 am. Our reception team is available 24/7 to assist you throughout your stay. For added convenience, you can download the mi-pad app and complete your check-in before arriving. If your room is ready when you get here, you can head straight up and start settling in.
mi-room
We’ve got the essentials covered, with a few extra touches to make your stay comfortable. Enjoy GHD hair styling tools, Oliver & Sage hair and body products, and Chromecast to stream your favourite shows. You’ll also find an in-room safe for your valuables and app-controlled lighting to set the mood. Everything you need to settle in, relax and make yourself at home.

Proudly sitting atop mi-pad is our Roof Top Terrace. Featuring an outdoor gas fire for crisp, clear evenings, ample seating and unrivalled views over Queenstown and beyond to Lake Wakatipu and the Remarkables. It’s the perfect place to watch the sunset or simply take in the breathtaking beauty of your surroundings.
Social Room
On level two, you’ll find our inviting Social Room, seamlessly connecting to the Outdoor Living Wall Courtyard. It’s the perfect spot to grab a bite to eat, unwind surrounded by greenery, or enjoy some quality time with loved ones. Guests can also enjoy a selection of board games in the social room, making it an ideal space to relax, socialize, and have fun during your stay.
Guest Laundry
The onsite laundry is equipped with free detergent, so you don’t have to worry about bringing your own! Payments are a breeze - you can pay with Apple Pay or a card, making it quick and hassle-free. Whether you’re on an extended trip or just need to do a quick load, the guest laundry offers ultimate convenience to keep you feeling fresh!
